Mechanical workshop opening - FL Engineering
It was not easy, the work was a lot and a lot still remains to be done but, in January 2019, we opened a mechanical workshop .
The new production area performs turning , milling , grinding , production small series and / or batch executing , upon request, also unique details both for third parties , based on the customer’s design, and on internal project . All while guaranteeing the customer fast delivery times .
FL ENGINEERING SRL turning and milling operations are carried out in two different types: traditional and CNC with cam programming
FL ENGINEERING SRL has state-of-the-art CNC technologies that allow you to process lots of various sizes – small, medium – while maintaining the quality standards already achieved by traditional processes.
The machines present in our workshop:
- n° 1 parallel lathe diam. 540 stroke 1500
- n° 1 traditional milling machine
- n° 1 radial drill
- 1 cv-1260 + 3-axis machining center with rotary table for fourth axis
- 1 spinner U1530 5-axis machining center
- n° 1 overhead crane of 6.3 tons
- Iveco Daily 35q truck
